Partner programme
If your members or clients run small hospitality businesses, you can share Bay Admin paperwork packs with your own link and earn 30% commission on sales through it.
How it works
The programme runs on Gumroad, where our packs are sold.
- You need a free Gumroad account. Gumroad pays commission into it.
- Email us to apply. If we accept, we add you as an affiliate in Gumroad and Gumroad emails you your link.
- When someone clicks your link and buys within 30 days, the sale is credited to you. If they click another affiliate's link after yours, that affiliate gets the credit.
- Your commission is 30% of the sale. Gumroad's fees on that sale are shared in the same proportion, so you cover 30% of them.
- Gumroad pays you on its own payout schedule. There's no commission on refunded sales.
Gumroad explains the details in its help article Affiliates on Gumroad.
Who it suits
Trade bodies and Pubwatch schemes can share the packs with members as a resource. Accountants and bookkeepers whose clients run pubs, cafés or small hotels can pass them on to those clients.
Solicitors and law firms can't earn commission. They're welcome to share our free sample.
What we ask of partners
- Make it clear before your link that you earn commission. For example: "Ad: affiliate link. I earn a commission if you buy."
- Describe the packs as our product pages do. They're general templates, and they aren't legal advice.
- Share your link only with people you're allowed to contact, such as your own members, clients or followers.
- If a regulator covers your firm, follow its rules, including telling clients about the commission.
We send the full partner terms when we accept you.

Why it suits your audience
- HR consultants and newsletters can point small employers to the kit and contracts pack as a ready starting point for the new harassment prevention duty and staff paperwork, then tailor it for them.
- Bookkeepers and accountants often hear hospitality clients ask where to get basic staff records. These packs give them something simple to start from.
- Pub-trade and licensing advisers will find the notices, Challenge 25 material and food safety records line up with what licensees prepare for EHO visits.
The small print
- Label your links clearly as ads, for example "Ad: affiliate link", in line with ASA and CAP rules.
- Please don't present Bay Admin as legal advice or say that we endorse you, or that you endorse us.
- Questions go to [email protected].
